01
Rebrand
Modernising our institutional identity — elevating academic standards, instilling absolute discipline, and projecting Allan Wilson's excellence on the world stage. A new chapter begins.
02
Rebuild
Restoring sports codes, revitalising boarding culture, expanding technical workshops, and establishing sustainable commercial self-sufficiency through the new General Purposes Fund.
03
Reconstruct
Upgrading core campus infrastructure — Olympic-standard swimming facilities, modern boarding hostels, science laboratories, and state-of-the-art playing fields worthy of our legacy.

Our Heritage

Founded in 1940, Allan Wilson Technical Boys High School is one of Zimbabwe's most storied educational institutions. Named after Major Allan Wilson, it was elevated to Technical High School status in 1952 — the first of its kind in the country. The school shares boundaries with Prince Edward School to the north and Harare Polytechnic to the south, and has produced engineers, athletes, business leaders, and public servants across six continents.

The Allan Wilson
School Creed

Spoken at assembly by every Wilsonian since 1940 — the words that shape the men we send into the world.

Commemorative plaque of the Allan Wilson High School Creed, bearing the school crest, the motto "We Are Men of Men" and the five pillars: Peace, Love, Knowledge, Unity and Faith

Let peace live here.
Let the rooms be full of contentment.
Let love be all around,
Love of one another, Love of mankind, Love of life itself, And love of God.
Let us remember,
That as many hands build a house,
So many hearts make a school.
Amen
